What to Expect When You Call

1

Tell Us What You Need

Describe your document type, preferred location, and timing. We'll confirm availability on the spot.

2

We Agree on a Time

We'll set a time that works for everyone. Same-day is often available — just ask.

3

We Come to You

Bring your unsigned documents and valid photo ID. We arrive at the agreed time — and handle the rest.

What to Bring:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Unsigned documents (do not sign until in our presence)
  • All parties involved (if required)

Before Your Notary Appointment

Proper preparation ensures a smooth, efficient signing. Here's everything you need to know before we arrive.

Valid Identification

Government-issued photo ID is required — driver's license, passport, military ID, or state ID card. The name on your ID must match the name on your documents exactly.

Unsigned Documents

Do NOT sign your documents beforehand. Texas law requires the notary to witness your signature in person. Signing early voids the notarization.

All Required Parties

Every signer must be present with valid ID. If witnesses are required by your document, arrange for them to attend as well — we can help coordinate this.

Plan for 15-30 Minutes

Most single-document signings take under 15 minutes. Complex packages (loan closings, estate documents) may take 30-60 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
